Octopus is one of the outstanding advertising agencies in the Middle East. Based in Dubai and run by a Scot – Stuart Cameron – they create all the advertising and promotion for Toshiba, not only for the entire Middle Eastern region, but also for Russia and Turkey.

We are, in many ways, their UK arm, helping to originate ideas and produce their commercials.

To date we have produced six commercials and 12 break bumpers. The most recent work features a robot spokesman for the brand. This animated campaign has to be lip-synched for four languages – English, Arabic, Turkish and Russian – quite a challenge.

The animation was created by Tank, a London-based company of highly talented animators.
