The Crown Estate: Regent Street

The Crown Estate are - in a nutshell - Regent Street's 'landlord.'

More customers shop on this street than on any other street in Europe. It's a unique location and the Crown Estate needed a video to convince potential retailers to take premises there.

The video needed to communicate key facts about the enormous turnover of customers and money, but the real agenda was to convey the sheer day-to-day dynamism of the street: the vibrancy of the retail environments, the rich variety of the customers.
