FSS are the foremost supplier of forensic services to UK police forces (shades of CIA Miami and Silent Witness!).

They are at the forefront of the DNA revolution and responsible for many recent results on what had previously been 'cold cases.'

They're also an organisation going through enormous changes and facing increasingly stiff competition - and they needed a video to deliver an 'update' to their widely dispersed workforce - 7,000 people distributed in seven sites throughout the UK.
