The Crown Estate is one of the country's biggest 'retail landlords', owning large areas of London's West End and - conspicuously - Regent Street.

The Estate needed a video aimed at attracting more retailers to take premises on what is arguably one of the most prestigious streets in London.

Our approach was to mix the hard facts about Regent Street - it grosses more retail sales than any other comparable location - with a dynamic, fast-moving video that shows the sheer human energy of the street.

Shopping is about people and retail - and our video majors on the interaction between customer and shop.

We filmed in some of the most prestigious retailers on the street: Jaeger, Molton Brown, Apple, Karen Miller, Ted Baker, Aquascutum, Liberty.

Our approach used a split-screen technique matched with captions to keep up the pace and demonstrate the sheer variety available.
