A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH,
END-TO-END

Even the most experienced clients can have difficulty articulating exactly what they need - and we count it as part of our job to help - even with the development of the brief itself.

Particularly where corporate video is concerned, we frequently attend brainstorm sessions to help nail down the communication objectives, responding after this with an outline concept or concepts - and then with a full-blown treatment.

We work hard to match each production uniquely to the Client to deliver a video identity that is theirs and theirs alone.

We always recce, always with camera.

We're good at putting people at their ease and coaxing the best performance out of them - and we've worked with interviewees from 15 years old to 90.

We place enormous emphasis on finding exactly the right music and the right narrator (where relevant). This is one area where so many productions cut corners - and it shows.

Our estimates are detailed, transparent and binding.

Our working practices are flexible. We work long hours with few breaks and will re-schedule at short notice (usually with no additional cost) if the weather is poor.

We never hide behind the 'mystique' of film-making and try to make the process as transparent - and enjoyable - as possible.
